Economy tape for light-duty sealing

This pack contains six rolls of clear 2.5 mil hot melt tape. Each roll measures three inches wide by 55 yards long. It is suited for general office mailing and light carton sealing tasks.

Replaces thinner general-purpose tapes

The 2.5 mil thickness offers more strength than standard single-layer tapes for routine boxes. The jump is worth it when packages need a reliable seal without the cost of heavy-duty grades.

Limited to hand application and light loads

The economy hot melt adhesive performs best on clean, dry corrugated surfaces at room temperature. It is not designed for heavy cartons, cold environments or high-speed automated dispensers.

Questions about this item

What width and length does each roll of Tape Logic 9069006PK measure?

Each roll in the six-pack is three inches wide and fifty-five yards long, giving ample length for sealing multiple cartons.

How should the hot-melt adhesive be applied so it bonds correctly to corrugated boxes?

Press the tape firmly along the full seam with a hand dispenser or roller; the most common mistake is laying it down without enough pressure, which leaves gaps in the adhesive bond.

When will a roll need replacing during high-volume packing?

A single roll covers fifty-five yards, so replacement depends on box count and seam length; keep the remaining rolls from the six-pack nearby to avoid downtime.
