Purpose and audience

Tape Logic DL1146 Destroy Labels are fluorescent red security labels measuring two by three inches. They are intended for offices, warehouses and schools that need visible tamper evidence on packages, files or equipment.

What to verify first

Confirm that the 2 x 3 inch size fits the surface you plan to mark and that fluorescent red meets your colour-coding system. Check that the adhesive is compatible with the material you are labelling before placing a full order.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

These labels suit teams that want a bright, single-use destroy indicator for quick visual checks. Buyers who need a different colour, a larger format or a removable adhesive should consider other options.

Questions about this item

What labels come in the Tape Logic DL1146 pack and do I need a separate dispenser?

The pack contains Destroy labels measuring 2" x 3" in fluorescent red. No dispenser is included, so you will need a compatible label applicator or hand-held gun if you do not already own one.

How do I choose between the available versions or capacities of the DL1146?

The DL1146 is offered only in the single 2" x 3" fluorescent-red Destroy format, so there are no alternate sizes, colours or pack counts to select from.

What does the "Destroy" wording mean when the label is applied to a package?

"Destroy" is printed on each label as a tamper-evident message; once the label is affixed, any attempt to remove it leaves the word visible on the surface, signalling that the package has been opened.
