Fragile Liquid Plastic Labels

Tape Logic DL1580 labels mark parcels that contain liquid in plastic containers so carriers handle them with extra care. The 4" x 6" size fits standard shipping label areas on boxes and poly mailers. Warehouse teams and small-business shippers use them to reduce breakage claims on fragile liquid shipments.

Upgrade From Handwritten Warnings

Pre-printed text replaces hand-marked "fragile" notes that can smudge or be missed during sorting. The jump is worth it when daily parcel volume makes hand labelling slow or when insurance claims demand clear, consistent hazard marking. Bright multi-colour printing ensures the warning stands out on recycled or dark corrugated boxes.

Peel-And-Stick Application

Labels use a permanent adhesive backing that bonds to clean, dry cardboard, plastic film or poly mailers without extra tape. Common issues include poor adhesion on dusty, cold or textured surfaces and curled edges if the liner is removed too quickly. Apply at room temperature and press firmly across the full 4" x 6" face for reliable hold.

Questions about this item

What size surface does the 4 x 6 inch label need to adhere to?

The label measures 4 by 6 inches, so the mounting surface must provide at least that much flat, clean area for full contact.

How do I apply the self-adhesive label without trapping air bubbles?

Peel the backing, align the label on a dry surface, and press firmly from the centre outward to remove trapped air.

When should the fragile liquid plastic label be replaced?

Replace the label if the print fades, the adhesive loses grip, or the material tears during handling.
