Everyday sealing tape for packing stations

This economy-grade tape measures two inches wide by one hundred ten yards long per roll and comes in a six-pack for continuous use. The clear, hot-melt adhesive bonds quickly to corrugated cartons and is suited for light- to medium-weight boxes in warehouse or office environments.

Replaces thinner or shorter rolls that run out

When a crew goes through single rolls faster than they can be restocked, the six-pack format reduces change-over time. The jump is worth it for operations that seal dozens of cartons daily and want fewer interruptions without upgrading to heavy-duty film.

Consistent adhesion through a full shift

The hot-melt formulation holds its tack across repeated applications and resists splitting when pulled from the roll. Under sustained packing volume the tape feeds cleanly from standard hand dispensers and maintains seal integrity on stacked pallets.

Questions about this item

What width and length of tape does each roll in the pack provide?

Each roll measures 2 inches wide by 110 yards long, giving you plenty of length for sealing multiple cartons.

How is the adhesive activated when sealing a box?

The hot-melt adhesive bonds on contact — press the tape firmly along the full seam so the film conforms to the corrugated surface.

When should a roll be replaced during high-volume packing?

Replace the roll when the remaining tape no longer spans the full width of the carton or when the adhesive fails to hold the flaps closed.
