High-visibility shipping envelopes

Bright orange Tape Logic envelopes are printed with "Packing List Enclosed" so handlers can spot the paperwork pocket at a glance. Each case holds 1000 envelopes for high-volume mailrooms and fulfilment operations.

Self-adhesive backing and durable film

The peel-and-seal closure sticks securely to cartons, poly mailers and pallets without extra tape. Tough polyethylene film resists tearing and moisture during transit, keeping documents legible on arrival.

Single-use document pouches

Once sealed the envelope cannot be reopened without visible damage, so it suits one-way shipments but not reusable packaging systems. Buyers needing resealable or tamper-evident options should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What interface or standard governs these envelopes and what does it cap in practice?

These envelopes follow the common packing-list-enclosed format, which caps the document size at 4 1/2 by 6 inches and the case quantity at 1000 units.

What physical dimensions must a package or mounting surface accommodate for these envelopes?

Each envelope measures 4 1/2 by 6 inches, so the mounting surface or package flap must provide at least that much flat area for adhesion.

How are these envelopes installed and which step do people often get wrong?

Peel the backing and press the adhesive side onto a clean, dry package; the step often missed is ensuring the surface is free of dust or moisture before application.
