Tape Logic PL401 Packing List Envelopes

These bright yellow envelopes hold packing slips and invoices so the documents stay visible and protected during transit. They are sold in a bulk pack of 1000 pieces for high-volume shipping operations.

Adhesive backing under continuous use

The pressure-sensitive adhesive keeps each envelope fixed to cartons or poly mailers through handling, stacking and temperature changes in the warehouse. The paper stock resists tearing when packages are pulled from conveyor belts or sorted by hand.

Peel-and-stick application

Workers peel the liner and press the envelope onto a clean, dry surface without tools or extra tape. Dust, moisture or rough cardboard can reduce bond strength, so surface preparation is the only step that affects reliability.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the PL401 envelope generate when used continuously?

The Tape Logic PL401 is a passive adhesive-backed envelope with no moving parts, electronics or power draw, so it produces zero heat and no audible noise during all-day use.

What printer or applicator is required to use these yellow packing-list envelopes?

No printer or applicator is needed; each PL401 envelope has a pre-applied pressure-sensitive adhesive so you simply peel the liner and press it onto the carton by hand.

Will the 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch PL401 envelopes fit the packing slips from our legacy dot-matrix forms?

The envelopes measure 4 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches, so they will accommodate any slip that fits within those dimensions, including traditional continuous-form sheets trimmed to size.
