Shipping Packing List Envelopes

Tape Logic PL461 envelopes are self-adhesive pouches printed with "Packing List Enclosed" in red. Each pouch measures 4 1/2" by 7 1/2" and is designed to attach shipping documents securely to cartons. A single pack contains 1000 envelopes for high-volume mailroom operations.

Warehouse and fulfillment teams

These envelopes suit shippers who need a visible, peel-and-stick solution for packing slips on standard boxes. Operations that require larger document pouches, custom branding, or a different colour code should look at alternative products.

Pack quantity of 1000 units

The box delivers exactly 1000 red envelopes, which determines how long a supply lasts before reordering. Buyers who need smaller batches or a higher total count must choose a different pack size.

Questions about this item

What package size does the 1000-count carton require for storage?

The envelopes come in a single pack of 1000 pieces measuring 4 1/2 by 7 1/2 inches each, so plan shelf space for that full carton.

Can I use these red packing-list envelopes with standard 4×6 inch thermal labels?

Yes, the 4 1/2 by 7 1/2 inch envelope is larger than a 4×6 label, so the label fits inside with the packing list.

How do I confirm the envelopes are sealed correctly after inserting the paperwork?

Peel the backing, press the adhesive flap firmly onto the carton, and verify the red "Packing List Enclosed" print faces outward.
