Tape Logic PL490 Packing List Envelopes

Tape Logic PL490 envelopes hold packing slips on outgoing shipments. The bright yellow face carries a printed "Packing List Enclosed" legend so handlers see the paperwork instantly. Each pack contains 1000 envelopes for high-volume mailrooms and e-commerce operations.

Easy peel-and-stick application on cartons

The self-adhesive backing bonds to corrugated boxes, poly mailers and padded envelopes without tape or staples. Dust or moisture on the carton surface can weaken the bond, so press firmly on a clean, dry area. The 7 x 6 inch format fits standard packing slips but will not accept larger customs forms or multi-page manifests.

Single-use adhesive limits repositioning

Once the envelope is pressed down the adhesive sets quickly and cannot be lifted cleanly for reuse. The paper construction tears if forced open, so documents inside stay tamper-evident during transit. Orders of 75 units or more qualify for free manufacturer-direct shipping.
