Clear Face Document Envelopes

Tape Logic PL522 clear face document envelopes are self-adhesive shipping pouches designed for packing slips, invoices and customs paperwork. The clear front panel lets carriers scan barcodes and read addresses without opening the envelope. Each pack contains 1000 envelopes for high-volume mailrooms and e-commerce fulfilment.

5-1/2 x 4-1/2 inch format

The critical specification is the 5-1/2 by 4-1/2 inch envelope size, which matches standard packing-slip dimensions used by many courier systems. This exact format ensures documents fold neatly and remain visible through the clear face during transit.

Suited for high-volume shippers

Warehouses and online sellers processing hundreds of parcels a day will benefit from the 1000-count bulk pack. Operations that only ship a few packages per week or need larger document pouches for A4 paperwork should look at a different size or quantity.
