Invoice-Enclosed Envelopes for High-Volume Shipping

Tape Logic PL528 envelopes come in a pack of 1000 yellow document pouches marked "Invoice Enclosed" for quick identification. They are designed for warehouses, fulfilment centres and offices that dispatch large numbers of parcels each day. The bulk quantity reduces re-order frequency for teams processing hundreds of shipments.

Practical Limits of the Self-Adhesive Format

Each envelope measures 7 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches, so contents must fit within that footprint without folding. The peel-and-seal closure relies on a clean, dry surface; dust, moisture or rough cardboard can weaken adhesion. Very thick document bundles may prevent a secure seal, and the single-use design means a new envelope is required for every shipment.

Build Quality and Day-to-Day Handling

Bright yellow stock makes the pouches easy to spot on mixed pallets and conveys urgency to handlers. The pressure-sensitive adhesive activates with firm hand pressure, needing no dispenser or water. Packaged in a 1000-count carton, the envelopes store flat and feed quickly into manual packing lines, keeping workstations supplied through extended shifts.
