Product Identity

Tape Logic T90157 is a natural rubber adhesive tape supplied in a pack of 36 rolls. Each roll measures 2 inches wide by 55 yards long with a 1.7 mil thickness for general sealing tasks.

Upgrade Context

The tape replaces lighter-duty films that tear or lose grip under heavier carton loads. The jump is worth it when parcels need a stronger bond that holds through rough handling and temperature changes.

Installation Notes

Application is manual: unwind, press firmly along the seam, and tear against the carton edge. Common issues include the roll telescoping if stored on its side and adhesive transfer when peeled back in cold conditions.

Questions about this item

What size dispenser or holder fits a 2-inch wide roll from this pack?

Each roll is 2 inches wide, so a standard 2-inch core tape dispenser or handheld gun will accept it without modification.

How do you apply the tape so the natural rubber adhesive bonds properly?

Press the tape firmly along its full length after unrolling; the 1.7 mil natural rubber adhesive needs consistent pressure to wet out on corrugated or smooth surfaces.

When should a roll from the 36-pack be replaced?

Replace a roll when the remaining length no longer covers the longest carton seam you seal, or if the adhesive loses tack after extended storage.
