What this tape is for

This carton sealing tape carries a pre-printed "Keep Refrigerated" message on transparent film. Each roll measures 3 inches wide by 110 yards long. The pack contains 24 rolls, making it suitable for cold-chain shipping operations that need clear handling instructions on every box.

Adhesive behaviour and handling

The tape applies cleanly to corrugated cartons in typical packing environments. No special temperature or humidity requirements are mentioned in the specifications. Standard hand-held dispensers accommodate the 3-inch width for efficient sealing.

The specification that decides fit

The critical detail is the pre-printed "Keep Refrigerated" legend. If your workflow requires that exact warning on every shipment, this product matches the need. If you need blank tape, a different message, or a different roll length, this pack will not suit.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 3 in wide tape so the "Keep Refrigerated" message stays visible on the carton?

Unroll the tape along the full 110 yd length, press the printed side against the box flap so the wording faces out, and smooth firmly with a dispenser or hand roller to avoid wrinkles that hide the text.

When will the 24-roll case need to be replenished in a busy shipping station?

Each roll provides 110 yd of sealing length; a case of 24 rolls is replaced once the combined yardage is used, which varies with the number of cartons sealed per day.

What is the first limitation that appears when sealing many cartons back-to-back?

The 2.2 mil film thickness sets the tear resistance; on high-volume runs the tape may snap if pulled too sharply across rough corrugated edges.
