Questions about this item

Does the Targus AMW50US include the USB receiver and battery, or must they be purchased separately?

The mouse comes with a Stow-N-Go USB receiver that stores underneath the body and one Energizer battery, so no extra accessories are needed to start using it.

Which DPI setting — 800, 1200 or 1600 — should I choose for general office work versus detailed design tasks?

Use 800 DPI for everyday office tasks; switch to 1200 or 1600 DPI when you need finer cursor control for design or photo editing.

What does the 33-foot wireless range mean when the mouse is used at a desk with a laptop and monitor?

The 2.4 GHz link works up to 10 metres (33 feet), so you can control the cursor from across a meeting room or while presenting from a sofa.
