Designed for 16" laptops

The Targus Ascend backpack accommodates laptops with screens up to 16 inches, including models with extended batteries. A dedicated padded compartment protects the device from impact while a spacious main section holds documents and files. The front workstation organises pens, business cards and small accessories for quick access.

Polyester build with ergonomic carry

A durable polyester exterior resists daily wear and the base uses weather-resistant material to guard against damp surfaces. Padded shoulder straps and a back panel reduce strain during long commutes. A soft-touch neoprene top handle offers an alternative grip and two jersey mesh pockets keep water bottles separate from electronics.

Storage limits defined by compartment size

The laptop compartment measures 10.50 by 15.00 inches, setting the maximum device footprint the bag can protect. Overall dimensions of 12.50 by 18.60 by 7.00 inches restrict the volume available for bulkier items such as large binders or overnight clothing. Buyers needing to carry larger laptops or more gear will find the capacity insufficient.
