15.6" Intellect Essentials Backpack

The Targus TSB966GL is a slim, lightweight backpack built to carry laptops up to 15.6 inches in a dedicated side-loading compartment. It suits commuters, students and mobile professionals who want essential protection without bulk. A front quick-access pocket and a secondary compartment keep files, folders and daily accessories organised.

Installation and common issues

No installation is required; simply place the laptop into the padded side-loading sleeve and adjust the contoured shoulder straps for fit. The air mesh back panel promotes airflow to reduce heat buildup during extended wear. Overloading the main compartments can strain the lightweight polyester fabric and compromise the water-resistant finish.

Practical limits of the design

The pack weighs only .92 lbs and uses durable water-resistant polyester, but it is not rated for heavy rain or submersion. Capacity is limited to the three main pockets, so users carrying larger power bricks, multiple devices or bulky binders may find space tight. The 15.6" laptop sleeve fits most standard models but will not accommodate wider gaming chassis.
