Scale and subject

This 1/64 scale diecast replicates the Ferrari F355 Challenge #82 raced by Peter Andersen for Team Kroymans in 1999. It is produced by Tarmac Works as an officially licensed limited edition for adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts.

Display durability

The model is made of diecast metal with plastic parts and arrives in the manufacturer’s original unopened packaging inside a plastic showcase. Because it has no opening features, the detailed interior and roll cage remain protected during long-term shelf display.

Build and daily handling

Real rubber tyres and true-to-scale detailing cover the exterior, while the fixed body prevents loose panels. At approximately 2.625 inches long, the sealed showcase lets owners move or reposition the piece without risking damage to the fragile components.

Questions about this item

Does the 1/64 scale diecast generate any heat or noise when displayed all day?

No — it is a static 1/64 scale diecast model with no moving parts, so it produces no heat and makes no sound.

What extra items are needed to display the Ferrari F355 Challenge #82 model?

Nothing extra is required; the car arrives in its own plastic display showcase inside the original unopened box.

Will the 2.625-inch length fit alongside older 1/64 diecast cars in the same display case?

Yes, the model is built to true 1/64 scale, so it matches the footprint of other 1/64 diecast vehicles already in your collection.
