Scale and Subject

This is a 1/64 scale diecast model of the Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 Widebody in right-hand-drive configuration. The replica features a white and black finish with detailed interior and exterior appointments. It arrives in a blister pack inside a brand new box and includes a pack of collectible cards from the Global64 series. The officially licensed piece suits adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts seeking a display-ready item.

Materials and Handling

The model is constructed from diecast metal with some plastic parts and rolls on real rubber tires. It has no opening panels, so the bodywork remains sealed and dust-resistant during display. At approximately 2.625 inches long, the lightweight casting places minimal stress on shelves or display cases. No power source or maintenance is required beyond occasional light dusting.

Display Integration

The compact footprint allows the model to fit alongside other 1/64 scale vehicles without demanding dedicated cabinet space. The sealed blister packaging protects the finish while still permitting clear visibility from multiple angles. Because the model has no moving parts, it can be positioned freely on stands, dioramas or open shelving without risk of mechanical wear. The included card pack adds a flat paper element that stores easily in the same display area.

Questions about this item

How do I display the 1/64 scale AE86 widebody without damaging the blister pack it ships in?

Remove the model carefully from the blister pack and place it on a stable shelf; the diecast metal body with plastic parts and real rubber tires is fragile, so handle by the chassis rather than the detailed exterior or interior.

Will the real rubber tires on this 1/64 diecast degrade or need replacement over time?

The rubber tires can harden or crack after prolonged exposure to heat or sunlight; store the model in a cool, shaded display case to slow ageing, as no spare tires are included with the blister pack.

What limits long display sessions for this officially licensed Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 widebody?

The 2.625 inch diecast body with plastic trim and rubber tires can suffer paint fading or tyre deformation under sustained direct light or heat, so avoid window sills and hot display cabinets.
