Product Identification

The Harpster Tarps forest green tarp is a medium duty polyethylene sheet measuring 12 ft by 20 ft cut size. It weighs 4.5 oz per square yard and is 10 mil thick. Rustproof aluminum grommets appear every 36 inches and at corners. Hems are reinforced with poly twine.

Suitability

This tarp suits users who need UV treated waterproof cover that resists mildew acid and tears. It blends with wooded areas for camping hunting or equipment protection. Buyers who need exact finished dimensions should look elsewhere because the cut size shrinks 6 inches or 3 to 5 percent after hemming.

Critical Specification

The cut size notice is the single specification that decides fit. Final measurements will be approximately 6 inches or 3 to 5 percent shorter than the listed 12 ft by 20 ft.

Questions about this item

What do I need to secure the 36-inch spaced grommets?

Use rope, bungee cords or zip ties through the rustproof aluminum grommets placed every 36 inches and at each corner.

Will the 10 x 10 weave count hold up against my older blue economy tarp?

The laminated polyethylene with a 10 x 10 weave is more durable than a standard economy blue tarp while remaining easy to handle.

How do I confirm the finished size matches the 12 by 20 cut size?

Measure the tarp after unpacking; the finished dimensions will be roughly 6 inches or 3-5% shorter than the listed cut size.
