Forest Green Medium-Duty Tarp

This 18 x 36 ft forest green tarp is built for outdoor jobs that need reliable weather protection. Its polyethylene construction resists UV light, water, mildew, acid and tears while blending into wooded surroundings. Rustproof aluminium grommets spaced roughly every 36 inches and at the corners make tie-down simple. The medium-duty rating suits landscaping, construction, camping and equipment cover duties.

Sustained Outdoor Exposure

The laminated 10 x 10 weave handles direct sunlight, rain and snow without degrading quickly. Reinforced hems with poly twine prevent edge fraying when the tarp is left tensioned for long periods. At 4.5 oz per square yard the fabric stays manageable while offering more durability than economy alternatives. Cut-size manufacturing means the finished sheet measures about 6 inches or 3-5% shorter than the listed dimensions.

Pre-Order Checks

Verify that the finished dimensions after the cut-size reduction still cover your intended area. Confirm the 36-inch grommet spacing matches your tie-down points or frame. Ensure the medium-duty weight meets the load and wind conditions you expect. Buyers who need a heavier industrial grade or a precise finished size should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How well does the 4.5 oz polyethylene tarp resist heat and UV exposure during all-day outdoor use?

The tarp is UV treated and waterproof, designed for direct sunlight, rain and snow without degrading.

What tie-down hardware do I need to secure the 18 x 36 ft tarp with its 36-inch grommet spacing?

Rustproof aluminum grommets are placed every 36 inches and at corners, so you only need rope, bungee cords or straps that fit through them.

Will the cut-size tarp still cover my existing 18 x 36 ft frame once the 6-inch hem allowance is taken up?

Final dimensions run about 6 inches or 3-5 % shorter than the listed 18 x 36 ft, so measure your frame against the finished size before relying on full coverage.
