2.5K 4MP solar camera

The TAURKENAM wireless surveillance camera captures 2560×1440P video and offers 360° PTZ coverage for outdoor security. Colour night vision reaches 82 feet using two white spotlights and two IR LEDs. It suits homeowners who want a cable-free monitor with a 7800mAh battery and a 3.5W solar panel. Buyers who need continuous wired power or local storage without a subscription should look elsewhere.

Simple wireless mounting

The camera installs without cables and supports either all-in-one or separated solar-panel placement to suit the site. A high-sensitivity PIR sensor triggers alerts within .2 seconds while keeping standby consumption low. Position the panel in a sunny spot to maintain charge; heavy shade will reduce uptime. The IP66 rating protects against dust and strong water jets.

Wi-Fi bandwidth and solar limits

The 2.5K stream demands steady Wi-Fi throughput; weak signals cause dropped frames or delayed alerts. Solar harvest varies with season and latitude, so extended overcast periods may drain the 7800mAh reserve. The PIR sensor ignores non-human motion but cannot distinguish between authorised and unauthorised people. No local recording option is mentioned in the supplied data.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 2.5K 4MP camera is recording clear 2560×1440P video after I mount it?

Open the live view in the app and verify the picture shows 2560×1440P resolution with smooth motion; at night the two white LED spotlights and two IR LEDs should give full-colour visibility out to 82 feet.

What does the box contain and what must I purchase separately?

The package includes the 360° PTZ camera, a 3.5W solar panel, the built-in 7800mAh battery and mounting hardware for both all-in-one and separated installation; a microSD card for local storage is not supplied.

Which battery capacity should I choose for longer standby between charges?

The camera comes with a fixed 7800mAh battery that works with the 3.5W solar panel for uninterruptible power; there is no alternative capacity to select.
