1U Blank Panels for 19" Racks

Two 1U blank panels fill empty rack units in standard 19-inch server cabinets. SPCC cold-rolled steel with powder coating provides a durable, non-mesh surface. The classic design keeps the rack front clean and hides exposed cables or gaps. Suitable for data centres, network closets and home lab enclosures.

Replaces Open Rack Spaces

These panels cover vacant 1U slots that would otherwise disrupt airflow management and appearance. The upgrade is worthwhile when empty bays create hot-spot risks or when cable routing behind the front door needs concealment. No tools beyond standard rack screws are required for installation. They do not add active cooling or cable management features.

Capacity and Headroom

Each panel occupies exactly one rack unit in a 19-inch frame, providing full-width coverage for that slot. The pair handles two adjacent or separate gaps in a single purchase. They run out when a rack has no remaining 1U openings or when a mesh or vented panel is needed for airflow. No mounting hardware is included.
