Built for indoor cycling

The TAURKENAM mat measures 30 by 71 inches and is custom designed for Peloton bikes and indoor trainers. Its 6mm thickness provides a dense, non-slip surface that protects hardwood floors and carpet from scratches and heavy equipment. The extra length gives riders 30 percent more room than standard mats.

Sweat-proof coating and tear resistance

A custom coating blocks moisture from reaching the floor during intense sessions. The material resists tears from bike cleats and rowing machines, keeping the surface intact through daily use. It works with most indoor exercise equipment including ellipticals and rowers.

Handles bikes, trainers and rowers

The 30 by 71 inch footprint comfortably accommodates a stationary bike, trainer or rower with space for movement. It runs out when a user needs coverage for multiple machines side by side or a full treadmill deck. Buyers who want wall-to-wall gym flooring will need additional mats.

Questions about this item

Does the 6 mm surface need any treatment to stay waterproof?

The custom sweat-proof coating is permanent; no re-sealing or special cleaner is required.

What fails first when a heavy bike trainer runs for hours on the 30 x 71 inch mat?

The 6 mm dense foam resists compression, so the limiting factor is the trainer’s own stability, not the mat.

How much heat or noise does the mat add during an all-day ride?

The mat is passive — it adds no heat and no noise of its own.
