TAURKENAM Aquatic Dumbbells 2025 Aluminium Handle 4 Foam Weights

Adjustable Aquatic Dumbbells for Low-Impact Training

These water dumbbells use four high-density EVA foam plates that slide onto an aluminium-handled bar. You choose how many plates to fit on each side, so the resistance matches your current fitness level. The set suits rehabilitation, water yoga and general pool aerobics. Buyers who need fixed heavy weights for land-based strength work will not find that here.

Sustained Buoyancy Resistance in Water

The foam plates stay highly buoyant throughout a session, constantly pushing upward against water resistance. This creates a steady load on muscles without the joint impact of gravity-based equipment. The aluminium core inside the handle resists bending, keeping the grip stable even during long, repetitive movements. The product is not designed for dry-land use or high-velocity throwing drills.

Check Pool Depth and Storage Space

Verify that your pool is deep enough to fully submerge the assembled dumbbells so the buoyancy effect works as intended. Ensure you have a dry, ventilated area to let the EVA foam air-dry between sessions to prevent odour. The modular plates can be separated for compact storage, but confirm the handle length fits your available shelf or bag.
