Pool Exercise Discs 7.1 Inches

The TAURKENAM water exercise discs are a pair of 7.1 inch diameter EVA foam weights designed for aquatic resistance training. They suit adults who want low-impact upper-body workouts in a pool. The blue discs feature a large and a small grip hole for secure handling during water aerobics or swim drills.

Replaces Hand-Held Dumbbells

These discs replace traditional hand-held dumbbells for pool sessions, removing the risk of rust and sinking equipment. The jump is worth it when you need chlorine-resistant gear that dries quickly and stays buoyant for consistent underwater resistance. They are not for users who require adjustable weight loads or progressive overload beyond water drag.

Limited By Water Drag Resistance

Resistance depends entirely on movement speed and surface area in water, so intensity cannot be quantified or increased mechanically. The fixed 7.1 inch size caps the maximum drag force available. Buyers who want measurable load increments or dry-land strength carryover should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How large is the disc so I know it will fit my hand?

Each disc measures 7.1 inches across, with a large hole and a small hole that let you choose the grip that feels most secure.

Do I need any tools or assembly to start using the discs in the pool?

No tools are required; simply take the EVA foam discs from the package and hold them by the built-in holes for immediate water resistance.

Will the blue foam degrade from chlorine and need replacing soon?

The EVA foam is chlorine resistant and dries quickly, so it maintains its structure and buoyancy over extended pool use.
