2K 360° PTZ Solar Camera

The TAURKENAM wireless surveillance camera delivers 3MP 2K FHD video with a 120° wide-angle lens and 360° PTZ movement covering 355° pan and 120° tilt. Two integrated spotlights enable color night vision up to 55FT for clear detail in total darkness. It is built for homeowners who want comprehensive outdoor coverage without running power or network cables.

Upgrade from wired or fixed-angle units

This model replaces stationary cameras that require mains power and Ethernet by adding a solar panel and high-capacity battery for wire-free operation. The jump is worth it when installation flexibility matters more than continuous recording, especially in locations without convenient outlets. Dual-antenna 2.4GHz WiFi keeps the connection stable across typical residential distances.

Fits a wire-free outdoor build

Mount the camera where sunlight reaches the panel and the 2.4GHz signal reaches the router; no separate power supply or NVR is needed. Local storage uses a microSD card not included in the box, while free 7-day looping cloud storage provides an off-site backup. Military-grade double encryption protects the stream, and the app supports shared access for household members.

Questions about this item

What mounting hardware does the 355° pan and 120° tilt camera need?

The camera is wireless and battery powered with an included solar panel, so it only requires a standard wall or pole mount with screws; no power or network cables are needed.

During Wi-Fi setup, which frequency must the router use for the dual-antenna camera?

The camera connects only to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network; ensure the phone and router are on the same 2.4 GHz band during pairing or the device will not be found.

How often will the high-capacity battery need replacement with the solar panel attached?

The solar panel continuously trickle-charges the battery in daylight, so under normal sun exposure the battery should last several years before any replacement is required.
