A 1 litre kettle for loose-leaf tea drinkers

The Taylor Swoden electric kettle holds 1.0 litres and includes a removable stainless steel tea infuser so you can steep loose leaf or bagged tea directly in the borosilicate glass body. It suits anyone who wants a compact hot-water appliance that doubles as a tea maker without needing a separate pot.

1100 watt heating with keep-warm hold

The concealed element brings a full 1 litre to boil in three to five minutes and the kettle then shuts off automatically. A keep-warm function maintains the water between 176F/80 and 185F/85 after boiling so you can pour a second cup without re-heating, while boil-dry protection cuts power if the kettle runs empty.

Cordless 360 degree base with integrated cord wrap

The kettle lifts free from a 360 degree swivel base for pouring from any angle and the cord wraps neatly underneath to keep the worktop tidy. A wide spout and wide opening reduce splashing and allow a brush to reach inside for thorough cleaning, while a blue LED halo lights the glass during operation.

Questions about this item

How much electricity does the 1100 W kettle use if I keep it boiling all day?

The kettle draws 1100 W while heating and automatically shuts off once the water reaches boiling point, so it only consumes power during the 3-5 minute boil cycle rather than continuously.

Do I need a special outlet or filter to use the keep-warm function at 80-85 °C?

The kettle plugs into a standard household socket and the keep-warm function works with the built-in removable filter; no extra outlet or accessory is required.

Will the 360° swivel base still sit securely on my existing kitchen worktop?

Yes, the 360° rotational base is designed for stable, precise contact on any flat surface, so it works with the worktop you already have.
