Coupling Flange for 1 in Shafts

This Tb Wood's Sure-Flex flange couples a 1 inch round keyed shaft in power transmission systems. It fits compressors, conveyors, motors and pumps using coupling size 4. The carbon steel hub has a 1 5/8 inch diameter and a 27/64 inch body length.

Speed and Torque Limits

The flange operates up to 7,600 RPM with a maximum torque of 156 in-lb. Bore tolerance is held to +0.0005 in / +0.0015 in for a precise interference fit. The 55/64 inch length through bore provides full key engagement.

Replaces Worn Size 4 Flanges
