TCT 12A8300 Black Toner

The TCT 12A8300 is a new aftermarket black toner cartridge rated for approximately 2500 pages at 5% coverage. It replaces OEM 12A8300 and fits Lexmark E330, E332, E340, E230, E232, E234, E238 and E240 printers as well as Dell 1700, 1710 and IBM 1412, 1512 models.

Installing the cartridge

Installation follows the standard Lexmark toner slot procedure: open the front cover, remove the old unit and slide the new cartridge in until it clicks. The cartridge ships with a protective seal that must be removed before use; forgetting this step is the most common cause of blank pages.

Before ordering

Confirm that your printer model appears in the compatible list above and that you require a standard-yield black cartridge. This is a single-pack item, so environments needing multiple spares will need additional units. Colour printing is not supported by this monochrome toner.
