Two-pack high-yield black toner

This two-pack of TCT TN635XL compatible black toner cartridges replaces the Brother TN635XLBK original. Each cartridge yields approximately 5500 pages at 5% coverage. It fits the HL-L8430CDW, HL-L8430CDWT, HL-L8570CDW, MFC-L8730CDW, MFC-L8930CDW and MFC-L8970CDW printers. Offices and home users who need consistent monochrome output for reports, invoices and documents will find it suitable.

Thermal and power behaviour in printing

Toner cartridges contain no active cooling, moving parts or power electronics, so they generate no audible noise and draw no electricity of their own. The printer’s fuser unit handles all heat and power consumption during the print cycle. Cartridge performance remains stable across the printer’s normal operating temperature range.

Bundled value and quality assurance

The pack supplies two high-yield cartridges, doubling the available page count before a replacement order is needed. Each unit is manufactured to meet ISO quality standards and tested for reliable operation from the first page to the last. A one-year manufacturer defect guarantee covers the cartridges against faults in materials or workmanship.

Questions about this item

How do I install the TN635XL cartridge in my HL-L8430CDW and what step is often missed?

Open the front cover, remove the old cartridge, gently rock the new TN635XL side-to-side five times to distribute toner, then slide it firmly into the black slot until it clicks.

What replacement part will I need after printing roughly 5500 pages at 5% coverage?

Another TN635XLBK high-yield black toner cartridge, since each unit is rated for 5500 pages and the printer will signal low toner when that limit is reached.

What print-quality limit appears first during long, continuous print runs?

Toner depletion after approximately 5500 pages at 5% coverage, which triggers the replace-cartridge alert on the HL-L8430CDW, HL-L8570CDW, MFC-L8730CDW, MFC-L8930CDW and MFC-L8970CDW.
