Two-pack black toner for Brother printers

The TCT TN835 compatible cartridge set replaces OEM TN835 and fits the HL-L2865DW and MFC-2980DW models. Each cartridge delivers up to 5000 pages at 5% coverage for sharp text and smooth graphics. The twin pack is suited to home offices and small businesses that want a lower cost per page without changing cartridges often.

Consistent output across the full yield

Quality assurance testing targets ISO standards so print density stays even from the first page to the last. The formulation resists streaking and fading during long print runs, reducing reprints and downtime. Installation is straightforward, letting users resume work quickly after a swap.

Replaces single OEM cartridges for high-volume users

Buyers currently using single TN835 units gain double the supply and fewer interruptions. The jump is worth it when monthly volume approaches or exceeds one cartridge per month. It is not for colour printing, photo work, or printers outside the listed HL-L2865DW and MFC-2980DW models.

Questions about this item

Does the TN835 cartridge generate noticeable heat or noise during long print runs?

Toner cartridges are passive components; they contain no fans or motors, so they add no audible noise or measurable heat beyond the printer's own operation.

Which printer models must I already own for this TN835 2-pack to work?

The cartridges are engineered for the HL-L2865DW and MFC-2980DW; they will not fit other Brother models.

Will the TN835 work alongside an older Brother drum unit I already have installed?

Yes, the TN835 toner cartridge is designed to pair with the existing drum unit in compatible printers; no separate drum purchase is required.
