Compatible Yellow Toner for HP 659A Printers

This TCT W2012A cartridge replaces the HP 659A original and fits Color LaserJet Enterprise M856, M776dn and Flow M776x models. It arrives new in a single pack and delivers yellow toner for colour documents. The unit is built to the same physical specification as the OEM part so installation is direct.

Consistent Output Across the Full Yield

The cartridge is rated for 13000 pages at 5 percent coverage, and the supplier states that quality assurance testing follows SMTC and ISO standards. In practice this means toner density and colour balance remain stable from the first page to the last, avoiding the fade or streaking that can appear on untested compatibles after a few thousand prints.

13000 Page Yield at 5 Percent Coverage

This single figure determines whether the cartridge matches your print volume; users who regularly exceed that yield will need to order replacements more often. Buyers who need a higher capacity yellow cartridge or a multi colour pack will not find those options in this listing.

Questions about this item

Does the yellow toner cartridge generate extra heat or noise during long print runs?

The cartridge is a passive toner supply; it adds no fan, motor or heating element, so it does not change the printer’s normal operating temperature or sound level.

Which printer models must I already own for this W2012A cartridge to work?

It fits HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M856, M856dn, M776dn MFP and Flow M776x devices that accept the 659A yellow cartridge.

Will the cartridge work reliably in an older M776dn MFP that I plan to keep?

Yes, the W2012A is listed as compatible with the M776dn MFP and delivers the same 13000-page yield at 5 % coverage as in newer models.
