Frame dimensions and use

The Techorbits OF-RM60-B is a motorised standing-desk frame that extends from 39 to 63 inches wide and lifts a desktop from 28 to 48 inches high. It suits home-office workers, students or small-business teams who want to alternate between sitting and standing without replacing an existing desktop.

Motor sound and power draw

A single motor raises the frame at 1.5 inches per second while running quietly enough for open-plan offices or shared rooms. The steel construction supports up to 180 lbs of equipment, so typical monitor arms, laptops and accessories stay stable during every transition.

Controller features and safety

The digital panel stores three preset heights for one-touch changes and includes anti-collision detection that stops movement if an obstruction is sensed. These functions remove the need to manually align the desk each time and protect both the frame and objects placed underneath.

Questions about this item

How do I install the frame so the 39–63 in width adjusts correctly?

Bolt the crossbars to the leg columns at the desired width between 39 and 63 inches, then tighten all screws evenly; the step often missed is checking that both side brackets sit flush before securing the desktop.

What parts will need replacement after extended use?

The single motor and the digital control panel are the wear items; the steel frame itself has no scheduled maintenance beyond occasional bolt checks.

What limit appears first during long, repeated height changes?

The 180 lb weight capacity is the hard limit; exceeding it will stall the motor and trigger the anti-collision safety before any thermal throttle activates.
