Freezes components to 10 oz for circuit diagnostics in a non-flammable, plastic-safe spray
TechSpray 1672-10S is a 10 oz trigger-spray freezer formulated for circuit-board troubleshooting. The non-flammable, plastic-safe solvent targets intermittent faults by rapidly cooling components to reveal thermal failures. Technicians and hobbyists use it to isolate defective solder joints, sensors or ICs without damaging surrounding plastics. The chemical-based formula contains zero VOCs and leaves no residue.
As an aerosol consumable, the product draws no electrical power and produces no acoustic noise during application. The 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane propellant delivers a focused freeze blast that evaporates instantly at room temperature. Non-flammable chemistry eliminates ignition risk near live circuits. The trigger-spray canister allows controlled, single-handed operation for precise spot cooling.
The solvent is verified safe on all plastics, making it suitable for dense boards with mixed-material housings. Boards containing plastic connectors, insulators or enclosures can be sprayed directly without risk of crazing or melting. Buyers who need a dielectric-rated cleaner or a chlorinated formula for heavy flux removal cannot use this product. The 10 oz canister suits bench use but not high-volume production lines.

Shake the 10 oz trigger spray can well, hold it upright, and spray directly onto the target area from a short distance; the step often missed is keeping the can vertical so the liquid propellant does not escape.
The 10 oz can is a single-use consumable; when the 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane runs out, replace the entire can — no internal parts are serviceable.
The can empties after roughly 10 oz of spray, and rapid discharge causes the container to chill sharply, reducing pressure and spray force until it warms again.
