Limited 1/18 scale Ferrari 308 GT Rainbow

This Tecnomodel replica captures the 1976 Ferrari 308 GT Rainbow by Bertone in silver metallic with orange stripes. Produced as a Mythos Series limited edition of 35 pieces worldwide, it arrives brand new in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging. The resin model features true-to-scale detail throughout its detailed exterior and interior.

Capacity and display footprint

The model measures approximately 8.5 inches long, 3.75 inches wide and 2.5 inches high, fitting a standard 1/18 scale display shelf. Real rubber tyres add authenticity while the sealed resin construction means no opening doors, bonnet or boot. Collectors gain a concise, high-fidelity piece that occupies minimal space but delivers full visual presence.

Upgrade path and collecting context

This release replaces earlier open 308 GTB or GTS replicas by adding the unique Rainbow livery and an extremely low 35-unit production run. The jump is worth it for enthusiasts who specifically want the Bertone show-car variant and a globally numbered limited edition. Buyers seeking a model with opening parts or a higher production run should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the 1/18 scale match other 1/18 models already in my display cabinet?

Yes, the 1/18 scale is the industry standard for this size class, so it will align with other 1/18 models on the same shelf.

How can I verify the model is the genuine limited edition of 35 pieces?

The Mythos Series packaging and documentation state the worldwide limit of 35 pieces, and the model is officially licensed by Ferrari.

Does the box include a display base or do I need to buy one separately?

The model comes in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging; no display base is mentioned, so one would need to be purchased separately if desired.
