Product Identity

The Tenmars TM-205 is a new auto-ranging light meter built for electricians and technicians who need to verify illumination levels on site. It measures in lux or foot-candles across five ranges up to 200,000 lux. A 3½-digit LCD shows readings to 2000 counts and includes max and data-hold functions.

Who It Suits

The meter suits facility managers, lighting installers and photographers checking workplace, warehouse or gallery lighting against JIS C 1609:1993 and CNS 5119 Class A specifications. Cosine correction covers angles from 10° to 80° with stated deviation limits. Buyers needing spectral analysis, data logging or computer connectivity should look elsewhere.
