Tesa 4124 Premium PVC Packaging Tape 72 yds Brown

Premium PVC Packaging Tape

Tesa 4124 is a brown polyvinylchloride film tape with a natural rubber adhesive designed for sealing medium- and heavy-weight cartons. Its high tensile strength makes the tape very tearproof during handling and transit. The roll measures 72 yards and fits a standard three-inch core for use with hand dispensers or automatic sealing equipment. It unwinds smoothly and quietly for efficient packing workflows.

Compatibility Checklist

Verify that your dispenser or case sealer accepts a three-inch core before ordering. The tape is printable if you require branding or handling marks on the sealed carton. Confirm that the brown colour matches your packaging specifications or corporate guidelines. Recycling facilities accept this tape without disrupting the cardboard waste stream.

Performance in Use

The natural rubber adhesive bonds reliably to a wide range of cardboard surfaces in normal warehouse temperatures. Smooth, low-noise unwind reduces operator fatigue during high-volume sealing sessions. Strong tear resistance prevents the tape from snapping under tension on heavier boxes. The PVC backing maintains integrity without leaving residue that could interfere with downstream recycling processes.
