The Connector Golf Training Aid

The Connector is a white foam swing trainer that sits between the arms to improve connection, tempo and posture. It measures 8.6 in by 6.3 in by 7.2 in and weighs 1.04 lb. The textured grip on both sides holds securely while remaining comfortable during repeated use.

Golfers Seeking Better Arm Structure

Players who struggle with a flying elbow, chicken wing or inconsistent tempo will benefit from the instant feedback this aid provides. It suits beginners learning fundamentals and experienced golfers refining mechanics across putting, chipping and full swings. Golfers who prefer a rigid, metal alignment rod or a weighted club trainer should consider a different style of device.

Fits in Any Golf Bag

The compact, lightweight design slides into a standard bag pocket and requires no setup beyond placing it between the forearms. It frees up practice time by delivering immediate alignment cues without the need for video analysis or a launch monitor. Use it at home, on the range or during pre-round warm-ups.

Questions about this item

Do I need my own golf club to use this 8.6 x 6.3 x 7.2 in training aid?

Yes, the foam connector is designed to sit between your forearms while you swing your own clubs, from putter through driver.

Can I keep using my existing putter and wedges while practicing with this 1.04 lb device?

Absolutely; the lightweight foam fits any standard grip size and does not interfere with clubhead feel on short-game shots.

How will I know the aid is improving my arm connection during a session?

You will feel the textured ridges maintain constant pressure against both forearms, and the club stays on plane without a flying elbow or chicken wing.
