Artisan Wall Clock with Moving Gears

The Gears Clock Italy Line is a 36 inch round wall clock crafted from wood with a multi-colour finish inspired by Amalfi coast tiles. Real metal gears rotate continuously behind the Roman numeral dial, turning the timepiece into a kinetic art object. It suits buyers who want a prominent decorative focal point for living rooms, offices or entryways.

Ideal for Feature Walls Not for Minimal Spaces

This clock suits interiors that embrace industrial, steampunk, vintage or farmhouse aesthetics and have wall space for a piece measuring 36 inches across. It is not for buyers who need a silent sweep movement, a compact clock under 30 inches high, a digital display or an integrated alarm function.

Battery Operated Quartz Movement

The mechanism runs on three standard AA batteries and drives both the hour and minute hands plus the visible gear train without mains wiring. A pre-fitted hook on the rear allows straightforward hanging on any suitable wall fixing.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 24-inch or the 36-inch version?

The listed dimensions show a 24-inch round clock that is also described as 36 inches (90 cm) overall, so the single item is the larger 36-inch piece.

How does the real moving-gear mechanism work once the clock is on the wall?

The visible gears rotate continuously, driven by the quartz movement, creating a hypnotic motion effect while the Roman-numeral hands keep time.

What power connection does the clock need and what does that limit?

It runs on three AA batteries with no mains cord, so placement is unrestricted but the gear motion stops when the cells are depleted.
