What it is

The Perfect Part Audio/Video Switch provides twelve ports in a white tempered-glass panel measuring 120mm by 70mm by 33mm. It runs on 125v at 50-60Hz and uses an imported MCU chip with relay and thyristor circuits rated up to 500W and 300W respectively. A 24-hour timer and mobile app control are built in.

Who it suits

Installers fitting a multi-source AV distribution point in a single US-standard wall box will find the twelve-port layout and touch interface practical. Buyers who need more than twelve ports or a different voltage should look elsewhere.

What to check

Confirm the wall box follows US dimensions and supplies 125v at 50-60Hz. Verify the connected load per circuit stays within the 3-500W relay or 3-300W thyristor limits. Ensure a neutral wire is available for the relay zero-live-wire option.

Questions about this item

Does the 12-port switch need a neutral wire at each gang location for the relay zero live wire circuit?

Yes, the relay zero live wire circuit rated at 3-500W per circuit requires a neutral connection at the switch box for proper operation.

Can I keep my existing 125V 50/60Hz lighting circuits and just replace the wall plates with this 120mm*70mm*33mm glass panel?

The switch fits standard US wall boxes and supports 125V 50/60Hz loads up to 500W per circuit on the relay version or 300W on the thyristor version.

How do I confirm the timer control is executing the 24-hour schedule after pairing with the Alexa or Google app?

The app shows real-time relay status and timer logs; you can also watch the touch panel LED indicator change state at each scheduled on/off event.
