Safety Collar for Extra-Large Dogs

The Perfect Part LED Adjustable Dog Collar in XL fits extra-large breeds with a polyester webbing strap that adjusts to the neck. Two included CR2032 button cells power bright optical-fibre LEDs that run over 50% brighter than standard collars. Three flash modes and a simple on/off click let owners match visibility to the surroundings.

Build Integration and Power

The collar slips on like a regular strap and fastens with a metal loop for quick leash attachment. Battery power means no charging cable or dock is required, freeing a wall outlet and removing the need to remember recharge cycles. Waterproof construction keeps the electronics working in rain, puddles or snow without extra covers.

Upgrade Path and Limitations

Owners replacing a passive reflective strip gain active illumination that is visible to drivers, joggers and cyclists from a greater distance. The step up is worth it when night walks are frequent or the dog roams off-lead in low light. Buyers who need a rechargeable system or a collar for smaller breeds should choose a different size or power format.

Questions about this item

How long do the two CR2032 batteries last before the LED brightness drops below the 50% brighter level?

Battery life depends on which of the three modes you use; fast flash drains the cells quicker than steady glow, so expect shorter run-time on the brightest setting.

Does the collar get warm or make any sound when it runs all day on the flashing modes?

The LED fibres and polyester webbing produce no noticeable heat and the unit is completely silent during continuous operation.

What must I already have to use the metal loop for attaching a lead?

A standard clip-on lead or leash that fits through the metal latch loop is all that is required.
