Divider 550 TG Ultra Mid Tower

The Thermaltake Divider 550 TG Ultra is an ATX mid-tower chassis built for users who want a highly visible, customisable showcase. A 3.9 LCD on the front panel displays real-time system data or personal images and GIFs via TT RGB Plus 2.0 software. Three-sided 3mm tempered glass and three preinstalled 120mm 5V ARGB front fans complete the premium look.

Builders wanting front-panel LCD and vertical GPU

This case suits enthusiasts and gamers who value a rotating PCIe bracket for horizontal or vertical graphics-card mounting and extensive RGB synchronisation with major motherboard ecosystems. It is less suited to buyers who need a compact footprint, silent-focused damping or drive-heavy storage layouts not detailed in the specifications.

Three 120mm ARGB fans and TT RGB Plus 2.0

The bundled trio of addressable 120mm fans delivers 16.8 million-colour illumination controllable via the I/O button or motherboard software from ASUS, GIGABYTE, MSI and ASRock. The TT RGB Plus 2.0 application adds LCD content uploads and hardware monitoring, turning the front display into a live dashboard without extra purchases.

Questions about this item

Do I need a motherboard with a 5V addressable RGB header to control the three preinstalled 120mm fans?

Yes, the three 120mm 5V ARGB fans connect to a standard 5V 3-pin addressable RGB header on the motherboard for software control via ASUS Aura Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light or ASRock Polychrome Sync.

Can I keep my existing graphics card mounted horizontally instead of using the vertical option?

The patented rotational PCI-E slots support both orientations, so you can install the graphics card horizontally in the traditional layout or rotate the bracket for vertical display.

How do I verify the 3.9 LCD display is showing live system data after I configure it?

Open the TT RGB Plus 2.0 software, select the monitoring mode, and confirm the screen reports real-time CPU or GPU temperature and frequency that match readings in your BIOS or hardware monitor.
