850 W Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

The Thermaltake Toughpower PF1 Iron Man Edition delivers 850 W of continuous power with a 950 W maximum peak. It holds 80 Plus Platinum certification and uses Japanese capacitors throughout. The fully modular cable design keeps the build clean for system integrators and enthusiasts who want a themed unit.

ATX12V Standard and Platinum Efficiency Limits

The ATX12V form factor fits standard desktop chassis but does not support the newer ATX 3.0 power-excursion requirements. Platinum certification guarantees at least 80 % efficiency at typical loads, yet efficiency drops at very light or very heavy loads, so total system draw should stay within the rated 850 W for best results.

Single-Rail 12 V Output Decides Compatibility

All 850 W are available on a single 12 V rail, so the unit can feed high-current GPUs and CPUs without multi-rail balancing. If the combined 12 V demand of the graphics card and processor exceeds 850 W, this supply will not sustain the load.
