Heavy-Duty AC Support Bracket

The Thermwell ACB160H bracket transfers the weight of a window air conditioner from the sash and sill to the window frame. It is built for units rated between 12000 and 24000 BTU and installs entirely from indoors.

Wall Thickness Range 4 to 11 Inches

This bracket fits exterior walls measuring 4 inches to 11 inches thick. Installations outside that range cannot use this hardware, so buyers with thinner or thicker walls need a different mounting solution.

Load Rating 160 Lb

The single decisive specification is the 160 Lb load rating. If the air conditioner exceeds this weight the bracket is not suitable, regardless of BTU rating or window dimensions.
