Two-pack 20V 6.0Ah lithium-ion batteries

This two-pack supplies two 20V 6.0Ah lithium-ion batteries built for the Dewalt 20V MAX cordless system. They arrive new with high-quality cells and include a user manual for each unit. The pair suits professionals and DIY users who want extended runtime across multiple tools.

6.0Ah capacity for longer runtime

Each battery delivers a nominal 6.0Ah at 20V, giving more ampere-hours than lower-capacity packs so tools run longer between charges. The lithium-ion chemistry provides consistent power delivery without memory effect. This capacity is the key figure when matching the battery to demanding applications.

Two batteries and manuals in the box

The package contains two 20V 6000mAh batteries and two user manuals, letting you keep one on the tool and one charging. Having a spare eliminates downtime on job sites or during long projects. No charger is included, so an existing Dewalt 20V MAX charger is required.

Questions about this item

How long will a 6.0Ah pack run a DCD985 drill compared with a smaller battery?

The 6.0Ah capacity stores more energy than lower-amp-hour packs, so the same DCD985 drill completes more holes or drive cycles before the battery needs recharging.

What connector does the pack use to mate with DEWALT 20V MAX tools?

It uses the standard DEWALT 20V MAX slide-on interface, which locks the pack onto every tool in the DCD, DCF, DCG and DCS series listed.

Will the pack fit inside a DCD780 drill without an adapter?

Yes, the pack shares the exact form factor of the original DCB205/DC206 cells, so it slides directly into the DCD780 battery bay.
