12-inch LED ceiling light kit

This 12-inch flush-mount LED ceiling light delivers 24 watts of main illumination with selectable colour temperatures from 1800K to 6500K. A separate 6-watt backlight serves as a night light. The kit includes a remote control, mounting hardware and an acrylic shade in a white finish. It operates on 120 volts and weighs .812 kilograms.

Hardwired 120-volt installation only

The fixture requires a hardwired connection to a 120-volt circuit; no plug-in option is provided. The remote control needs two AAA batteries, which are not included. Dimming, colour selection, timer and memory functions are all accessed through the remote, so a lost or dead remote limits control. The unit is rated for indoor use only and is not water resistant.

Acrylic shade with remote-dependent operation

The clear prismatic acrylic shade diffuses light evenly across the 12-inch diameter. Because every mode change relies on the infrared remote, the light cannot be fully controlled from a wall switch alone. The lightweight construction at .812 kilograms simplifies mounting on standard junction boxes. The 60-minute sleep timer and memory function restore the last used settings after power cycles.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 24 W main light or the 6 W night light for my bedroom?

Use the 24 W main light for general illumination and the 6 W night light for low-level guidance; both can run independently or together via the remote.

What does the 2400 lumen rating mean once the fixture is installed?

It delivers 2400 lumens at full brightness on the main light, selectable across 1800 K to 6500 K, while the night light adds a separate 6 W glow.

How does the 120 V hardwired connection limit dimming and colour control?

The fixture connects directly to 120 V mains; all dimming, colour-temperature changes and the 60-minute timer are handled by the included remote, no extra dimmer switch required.
