What this light kit includes

The kit contains a rechargeable LED ceiling fixture, a handheld remote control and a magnetic mounting bracket. No wiring or drilling is required for installation. The light operates on an internal battery charged via a 5 V supply.

How the remote and magnetic mount change daily use

The remote lets you switch between three motion-sensor modes, pick one of three colour temperatures and dim the output from 10 % to 100 % without leaving your seat. The magnetic bracket allows the 7.5-inch square unit to be lifted off for charging or repositioning in seconds.

Where the battery and sensor reach their limits

A full charge powers the 2.5 W LED for 10 to 20 hours or 650 to 1300 motion activations before recharging is needed. The motion sensor keeps the light on for 20 seconds per trigger. The acrylic diffuser is not water resistant, so outdoor use must stay under cover.
