Solar Pool Light Kit, 2 Pack

The Thomasville Lighting CT282LWR kit contains two 6.5 inch floating lights designed for pools, ponds or garden hanging. Each acrylic sphere uses an integrated solar panel to charge during daylight and activates automatically at dusk. The IP68-rated seals keep water out during continuous immersion. A handheld remote gives full colour and pattern control without touching the lights.

Sustained Overnight Operation

After 8 to 10 hours of direct sun the internal battery powers the LEDs through the night. The 9 dynamic modes cycle through 7 solid colours, strobe and fade patterns at adjustable speeds. Light output remains steady for the full discharge cycle rather than fading quickly after a short burst. Remote sync keeps both units in perfect step for hours.

Acrylic Build and Versatile Mounting

The clear prismatic acrylic shell resists UV yellowing and impact while weighing only 0.814 kilograms for the pair. A built-in hang loop allows the lights to be suspended from branches or hooks as well as floating freely. No wiring or permanent installation is required, so they can be moved between pool, hot tub and garden in seconds.

Questions about this item

How much heat or power draw should I expect from the CT282LWR lights running all night?

The lights are solar powered and use LEDs, so they generate no noticeable heat and draw zero grid power while operating after dark.

What do I need to already own for the CT282LWR kit to work?

Nothing extra — the two 6.5-inch lights, their built-in solar panels, and the remote control are all included.

Can I mix the CT282LWR lights with older pool lights I already have?

Yes, they float or hang independently and are controlled by their own remote, so they work alongside any existing lighting without interference.
