Five-piece rechargeable LED kit

This Thomasville Lighting EVERDOSS-51 set contains five 10-inch bars, each fitted with 40 white LEDs behind a clear prismatic diffuser. The bars mount magnetically or by adhesive to cabinets, walls or stairs and run from an internal rechargeable battery.

Wireless motion or manual control

Motion sensing activates within a 120° field at 10 feet and holds light for 20 seconds after movement stops, while an always-on mode provides continuous illumination. Five dimming levels let users match brightness to the task. Builders needing hard-wired or water-resistant fixtures should look elsewhere.

10-inch length and magnetic mounting

Each bar measures 10 inches long, 1.57 inches wide and 0.35 inches high, so the available mounting surface must accommodate that footprint. The magnetic base requires a ferrous surface or the included metal plate for secure attachment.

Questions about this item

How long before the rechargeable battery in each 10 inch light needs recharging under daily motion-sensor use?

Each unit runs on a built-in rechargeable battery; runtime depends on how often the 120° motion sensor triggers the 40 LEDs and which of the five brightness levels is selected.

What limits continuous output when the under-cabinet kit is left in always-on mode for hours?

The 40 LED beads and frosted diffuser are designed for steady indoor use; the first limit reached is battery depletion, after which the light must be recharged before further operation.

Do the magnetic-mount lights generate noticeable heat or fan noise during all-day operation?

The LED array stays cool to the touch and there are no moving parts, so the kit runs silently without adding heat to cabinets or closets.
