Six-Inch Canless LED Kit

This six-pack of ultra-slim recessed lights fits tight ceiling spaces without a can or joist. Each unit draws 12 watts and delivers 1050 lumens at 120 volts. The integrated LED trim mounts flush for a clean indoor finish.

Upgrade From Bulb Retrofits

Replaces screw-in LED bulbs in existing cans where depth or insulation contact is a problem. The IC-rated housing allows direct insulation touch and the 3%-100% dimming range works with compatible wall dimmers. The jump is worth it when the old housing blocks a remodel or fails damp-location code.

DIP-Switch Colour Lock

Colour temperature is set once at the junction box before installation and cannot be changed from the wall switch. Five fixed options from 2700K to 5000K cover warm to daylight tones. Night-light mode activates by a quick power cycle rather than a separate control.

Questions about this item

What ceiling cut-out diameter does the 6-inch ultra-thin module require?

The fixture is a 6-inch canless design that fits a standard 6-inch recessed opening; no separate housing or joist is needed.

How do I set the colour temperature before the light is powered on?

Use the DIP switch on the junction box to select 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K or 5000K; the setting locks at installation and cannot be changed from the wall switch.

What does the amber night-light function draw and how is it triggered?

The 2000K amber glow is built into the trim and activates with a quick power cycle — off then on — without extra wiring or controls.
