12 inch 5CCT LED flush mount

The Thomasville Lighting RCLR12-5CT-B is a 12 inch LED flush mount ceiling light designed for indoor residential spaces such as bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms and offices. It operates on 120 volts and consumes 24 watts while delivering selectable colour temperatures and full-range dimming. The fixture includes mounting hardware and an instruction manual for a straightforward installation process.

Five selectable colour temperatures

This kit offers five correlated colour temperatures: 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K, allowing users to match the light tone to the room's function. A CRI of 90 provides accurate colour rendering across all settings. The dimming range spans 0% to 100% without flicker or buzz, though the unit is rated for indoor use only and requires a compatible dimmer for the full dimming range.

Acrylic diffuser with ETL certification

The fixture uses an acrylic construction with a clear prismatic diffuser and a white finish, weighing 0.821 kilograms with a low 0.98 inch profile. ETL listing confirms compliance with North American safety standards for shock and fire hazards. Mounting hardware is supplied for standard junction boxes, and the sealed LED module is rated for a 50000 hour lifespan, eliminating the need for bulb replacements.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 12 inch or 16 inch version for my room?

The 12 inch model draws 24 watts at 120 volts and measures .98 inches deep. The 16 inch size is also offered by the same maker, so pick the diameter that fits your ceiling opening and desired light spread.

What does the 24 watt rating mean for everyday brightness?

At 24 watts the fixture delivers full output across five colour temperatures from 2700K to 5000K with CRI 90. The 0 to 100 percent dimming range lets you lower brightness for night-time use without adding a separate nightlight.

Is the ETL listing the only standard that limits how I wire or dim this light?

The unit runs on 120 volt AC power and is ETL listed for safety. It supports standard TRIAC dimmers for the 0 to 100 percent flicker-free range. No low-voltage or smart-home protocol is built in, so plan wiring and dimmer choice accordingly.
